The Company Spec...
This company is rapidly expanding and therefore has a brand new position with in their supported living service. Their mission is to ensure all people have opportunities to learn and develop their individuality, to lead their lives as independently as possible and that everyone is treated with equity, dignity and respect.

The Role...
This position is brand new and needs for somebody experienced in upper level management from a supported living background. Your role will be to support the Head of Supported Living to oversee the smooth running for the service with 3 registered managers and their team leaders reporting in to you! The main purpose of the role is to take the lead with service responsibility as well as assiting in the continuous growth and development. You will be directly in charge of the services themselves with regard to staff management, reviews, appraisals, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, auditing, referals and liaising with outside agencies such as families and social workers.

The Person Spec...
The main quality we need from you is the ability to manage managers! You will possess excellent leadership skills whilst having the ability to challenge challenging teams. You will have excellent working knowledge of CQC fundamentals and reall take the lead on the service, whilst at the same timehaving the ability to see the company's vision for the future.

Minimum Requirements...
NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management
Experience in a Senior managerial post
Management experience in a supported living setting for adults with learning difficulties
Excellent working knowledge of CQC regulations
