Our new client is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Administrator to join their fast growing company.

Initially 15 - 20 hours a week with working hours to be agreed.

The job will involve:

- Liaising with customers by email and telephone
- General administrative duties and data entry
- Taking in delivery of stock and labelling/ dispatching/ sorting
- Warehouse organisation and monitoring stock levels
- Identifying and fixing product related issues

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Be well organised and have extremely good time management
- Good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn new processes
- Any foreign language skills (not essential)
- IT skills - Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word
- Linnworks - ecommerce systems
