Type of Nurse: RGN or RMN or RNLD trained with valid NMC PIN

Location: Glasgow, Paisley, Irvine and Barrhead - across multiple care homes

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum + excellent benefits package

Hours: Full-time at 40 hours per week, days only

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse to work as a Clinical Service Manager to join a team supporting care homes across the Glasgow region. We are looking for a highly-motivated, experienced and skilled Registered Nurse who enjoys the flexibility of different working environments and who has the enthusiasm to make a difference to many residents' lives on a daily basis. As a Clinical Services Manager / CSM, you will be required to assist the Home Managers across all sites with the running of the homes, particularly the clinical aspects of patient care. You will need to have experience of managing others as you'll be required to supervise junior members of nursing staff. You will need to actively promote a positive, proactive and caring atmosphere within the homes and ensure that care quality standards are upheld. You must be a qualified RGN, RMN or RNLD with a valid NMC Pin, and have strong clinical skills.
