Support the Account Director in delivering client service excellence and meeting the needs of clients. Activity includes preparing client briefs, day-to-day project management and working across all digital disciplines on a portfolio of our primarily automotive marketing clients


Client Management:

Champion your digital expertise - sharing knowledge and learnings internally and externally
Handle new/existing accounts, developing solid business relationships with clients through regular and pro-active contact to maximise opportunities and profitability
Actively contribute to all meetings attended, with support from the senior team, both internally and externally
Monitor workflow through the team and make recommendations for modifications where appropriate
Manage the project management process, turning briefs into reality and ensuring deadlines are met
Manage and motivate Account Executives, delegating work and educating them in all areas of delivery
Present proposal work, budget and timing plans to clients
Financial Reporting:

Provide timely and accurate budgets to ensure adequate time for clients to raise POs and to maximise profitability for the agency
Generate weekly finance updates to the senior team on project forecasting and invoicing
Work closely with the commercial lead to deliver effective forecasting to meet the account targets

Provide ongoing support and training to the junior team members to help them achieve their objectives
Work closely with all other departments to develop and share knowledge
Actively research business industries and trends to understand and share knowledge
Prepare and assist in reviews and recruitment including the management of the induction process
Generate new business opportunities:

To actively seek new business opportunities within your existing clients
Raising agency awareness wherever possible, striving for stand-out against agency competition
Support the new business team with all credentials requirements with the ability, where necessary, to deliver a confident agency pitch to prospective clients
Champion case studies for all worthy completed projects and presenting it to the sales and accounts teams to ensure everyone understands the work undertaken

Graduate caliber with 3-4 years client / agency experience
An understanding of mapping in automotive experience would be an advantage
Confident, ambitious and energetic with initiative and a persuasive manner
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and pro-actively
Highly organised with strong attention to detail to deliver to client expectation
Positive interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills
Effective written communication, presentation skills and negotiation skills
Proven project manager and ability to delegate as required
