Our client is seeking a Customer Service Rep/Administration Assistant to join their busy team in Dartford, Kent.
Specialising in office supplies and stationery sales, it is desirable that you will have previous experience within a similar company/role however not essential.

The role

- Answering the telephones and taking customer queries
- Completing all administration / data entry duties
- Assisting the sales team with orders online and seeing them through to completion
- Processing orders for clients over the telephone and on computer system
- maintaining the online 'live support' chat on the website
- Answering emails and writing professional emails to clients
- Meeting clients to present our services with the sales team and maintaining client relationships
- Ordering stationery for the company
- Assisting the Directors with any extra administration duties throughout the day
- Learning and developing continuously to be knowledgeable of the products the company sells and being confident to advise customers of their choices

You will be expected to meet clients from time to time, so access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence is essential for this position.
