Due to continued success and growth Entrust People are currently recruiting for a Quality Administrator to join our Stirling based R&D and Manufacturing client on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer the successful candidate shall be responsible for the daily administration of the corporate Quality System including document control, records management, equipment management, CAPA, Audit, training coordination, requirements management and the management of licenses to various cloud based software tools. You will support the ongoing development and effectiveness of the corporate quality system ensuring documentation and systems comply with the applicable standards and regulations within a highly regulated environment.

Key roles and Responsibilities
• Administration of the corporate Quality Management System (Grand Avenue System)
• Ensure compliance of documentation to corporate requirements and procedures.
• Collation of documentation forming design history files and device master records.
• Coordinate internal and supplier audits.
• Coordinate and ensure completion of CAPA activities.
• Support Training of the Grand Avenue System.
• Management licenses, access and projects of the Cockpit Requirements Management System
• Management of licenses access and standards updates from i2i Platform
• Support of the Quality Engineering and Regulatory Management Projects

Essential skills
• Experience of working in a highly regulated design and manufacturing environment with a strong quality focus.
• Strong communicator.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Demonstration of problem solving ability.
• Computer literate on MS Word, Excel, Power point

Desirable skills
• Experience of administration of electronic quality management systems, e.g. Grand Avenue, Master Control or QPulse,
• Knowledge and experience of working to appropriate quality and regulatory standards, e.g. ISO 9001
• Knowledge of international standards
