A qualified RMN or RNLD is required to work as Staff Nurse in a specialist mental health facility in the Norfolk countryside, near Attleborough.

The facility provides specialist care, support and rehabilitation to young people and adults with a range of complex emotional, behavioural and psychiatric needs.

As Staff Nurse you will be involved in all aspects of the patient journey, from assessing new admissions, planning and implementing therapeutic care and treatment, managing records and working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic service to service users.

Candidates should meet the following criteria:

• NMC registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and work well as part of a large team
• Committed to adhering to evidence based practices and patient centred care
• Willing to undertake professional development

Previous experience in a similar setting is not essential and a comprehensive induction and ongoing training programmes are available to suitable candidates looking to work in this sector.
