Your new company
A well established and successful Architectural organisation based in Leeds. The business has over 40 years experience of creating a wide range of buildings across a number of sectors.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the office, which includes providing secretarial support to the architectural staff and Directors. You will be the main point of contact for any incoming calls, ranging from queries regarding new builds and arranging appointments for other members of staff. You will assist in managing the office outlook diary, making sure you organise meetings and appointments for senior personnel. Other tasks include opening post, contributing to the preparation of bid documents and will be required to audio type when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be customer focused and have the ability to help maintain relationships with existing clients. Previous administrative experience is essential, along with strong organisational and communication skills. You will be I.T literate including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
