Our client is an award winning contact centre selling a range of financial service products to the B2C market. As part of their continued growth they are seeking to appoint a sales manager to lead and develop a newly created estate planning team.

This position is likely to be of interest to a team leader or junior sales manager who is seeking to take the next step in their career. The role involves managing an initial team of 4-6 with a view to increasing this as the role evolves you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

Key Requirements:

Ideally you will have a minimum of 18 month’s experience within a B2C financial regulated financial services based outbound call centre role managerial role

Whilst will or estate planning experience is not essential it is desirable.

A proven track record in delivering against set objectives in sales, sales quality and regulatory requirements within a contact centre environment is essential.

Ability to demonstrate a high degree of customer service awareness, Inc. TCF and FCA guidelines.

Experienced coach and developer of outbound sales advisers leading from the front in demonstrating what good looks like

Ability to train and develop staff who have not worked within the estate planning field previously

Key Responsibilities:

Creating a sense of urgency within the sales team by building an energetic and engaging sales culture

Understand and buy into the overall aims and objectives of the company and provide clear communications to your team

Ability to interpret data, spot trends and put in place action plans to remedy short falls

Developing sales team members in line with their personal development plans and performance reviews - utilising call recording sessions, internal training and one to one sessions

Ensuring full adherence to regulatory requirements by observing, monitoring and demonstrating calls on a regular planned basis

Learning, retaining and coaching sales staff on detailed product knowledge

Presenting new processes to staff ensuring all sales staff are fully trained at all times

Ability to train "emotive" customer led sales
