Training Manager

Main Function

Supporting the Training Manager in all areas of L&D

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Identifying and delivering training needs that meet business objectives
  • Assess employee’s competence through assessment programmes
  • Assist Training Manager with cost and budgeting relating to training
  • Writing training documentation to support learning development
  • Contribute to the development and tracking of delivery schedules and plans
  • Delivery of training material trough face to face training sessions
  • Prepare the learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment where appropriate
  • Planning and working flexibly to achieve deadlines and business objectives

Knowledge and Experience

Experience of Training others in a face to face environment or through webinars

Previous experience working within property or facilities management environment

Excellent working knowledge of IT systems

Previous experience working with mobile apps and training office based and field based staff

Skills and Abilities

Education and Qualification

GCSE Level or equivalent including Maths and English

Training qualification or accreditation

Full Driving Licence
