What would I be doing?
As Regional Sales Manager, you will manage the field based sales team to ensure company growth and success, at the same time as managing your own portfolio of customers, acting as a brand ambassador for the company and role model for your team. As an excellent relationship builder, you will form lasting partnerships with each of your customers, both new and existing, within the public sector, including the NHS, government, schools and universities. As a strong leader of the sales team, you will be responsible for forecasting and recording activity, driving and maintaining standards, performance management of your team as well as identifying sales opportunities, prospecting and delivering strong commercial proposals.
What’s in it for me?
Basic salary is £40,000-£45,000, OTE £54,000-£61,000 plus choice of company car, mobile phone, company credit card and pension.
