My client is an established, growing regional firm with an excellent reputation in the market. They have a leading staff retention rate, provide ongoing career development opportunities and an enviable work life balance. Due to ongoing growth, they have a new requirement for a solicitor to join their Private client team based in Billericay.

You will be joining a firm that offers a competitive package, a leading benefits package as well as a work life balance. Working alongside a talented and recognised team of solicitors, you will work on a varied case-load of private client matters to include wills, trusts, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney etc. You will also be responsible for advising clients on all issues involving the Office of the Public Guardian and the Court of Protection, as well as providing inheritance tax and life time planning advice. The team pride itself on the broad range of clients on their books including mid-level and high net worth individuals.
