About the Role
We currently have a 6 month fixed term/secondmentvacancy for an AdministrationAssistant in our team based in Mole Valley. We are looking for someone to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Adult Social Care Team.
You will be undertaking general administrative duties in order to provide support to a front line operational team within Adult Social Care.
You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be expected to deal with complex telephone enquiries and a wide range of correspondence and scanning duties. In addition, you will have the skills to enable you to take notes and minutes of meetings. You will have a mature approach and will be well organised and able to work under pressure, on occasions, to tight deadlines. You will also have excellent customer service and IT skills - all short listed applicants will be required to complete a basic IT skills test as part of the interview process.
You will have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and have the ability to work as part of a team whilst being proactive and using your initiative.
