Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
Leading and developing the office based team.
Recruit, train and manage the office based staff - helping them to develop as we build a strong and robust succession plan
Oversee event management
Create and manage the event schedule by overseeing the booking of venues, liaison with speakers and crew. Support the team by ensuring there are robust and strong processes in place to cater for logistics, people and the unexpected which always occur at events.
Oversee Customer Services
ensure the highest level of customer service exhibited at ALL times.
Deal with any concerns quickly and efficiently.
Support the maintenance and population of the new CRM system
Oversee the budget control which includes key budget management and payment collection.
The right person will exhibit the following skills and attributes:

- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Enjoy/thrive on challenges
- Able to react at speed and make things happen quickly.
Full Time Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday
