Your new role
As a Registered Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operational management of the service in line with CQC regulations and company expectations. You will oversee a team of Support Workers and ensure that individuals receive the highest possible standard of care and support which allows them to access and explore new ideas, activities, experiences, aspirations' and goals.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous managerial experience within the social care sector. You will have an in-depth knowledge of CQC standards and prior experience managing services which are regulated by these standards. You will hold a minimum NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

What you'll get in return
Competitive pay - earn up to £36 000 pa, immediate start for the right candidate.
