The client are a privately owned regional house builder based in Dorset that specilase in the development of mid range volume housing throughout Devon, Dorset and Cornwall.

They are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager to report into a Site Manager working on a development in Poole consisting of 60 traditional build apartments. Candidates must have experience working as an Assistant Site Manager for a house builder and must be based within an hour radius of Poole. Due to the level of experience required the client have stated they would be looking to pay up to £35k + package.

Responsbilities

Working alongside the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing all trades through from the 2nd fix stage of production to handover dealing with all Customer care issues also. If you are looking to progress your career to a Site Manager then this could be the opportunity you've been looking for as all competant assistants are generally given their own site to manage within eighteen months.

You will preferably come from a trade background with experience of the above gained from within a Residential developer or regional contractor.
