An independent highly successful company have a brand-new temporary role for an experienced Telesales Executive to join the team.

Company: who will I be working for?
The Telesales Executive will be cleansing the database to find potential new sales leads with clients, you will generate a follow plan and use your telesales experience to further a dynamic and rapidly growing company within the Finance brokering sector. Our client, who works specifically within the media industry based in Daventry, are looking for a Telesales Executive to generate new leads. In order to achieve targets, the role requires strong selling and negotiations skills as well as exceptional customer service.

Action: what will I be doing?
* Using various methods to generate new sales leads
* Creating a follow up plan to manage the process
* Establish and maintain customer relationships
* Using strong customer service skills to create the client relationship
* Passing on the new lead to a member of the sales team

Measure: The skills I need…
* Previous strong telesales experience
* History of taking and making a high volume of calls
* Strong customer service skills * Planning and prioritisation skills
* Ability to be creative and think of new ideas to potentially gain new leads
