Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Location: Crossways Business Park, DARTFORD.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 17:30pm

Salary: £14,000 per annum

The ROLE:
This is a combined role; it is therefore vital that you have an interest in both aspects that make up the position.

Your RESPONSIBILITIES SALES:

• Products - You will be assisting the Account Managers with Administration and sourcing Suppliers. A big part of the role is to ensure that the account managers/ company are supplying the best value for money goods.
• Logistics – Part of DC Directs service is offering a reliable delivery time frame. You will be responsible for arranging and managing the logistics to ensure of goods are received in time.
• Lead Generation – As you will be assisting the Account Managers with New/ Current Clients. You will be set monthly tasks for generating new leads up to meeting stage.

Your RESPONSIBILITIES MARKETING:
• Social media - content creation relevant to each platform, image sourcing & timed posting
• Copywriting – blogs, print, web & social
• Updating the trader card within our CRM – calling existing clients for data verification and cleansing
• Amazon shop – checking to see if stock levels are adequate, spotting opportunities to increase presence
• DC Group – Monitoring platform for incentive requests, dealing with customer issues

EXTRA Criteria
The ideal candidate will likely have the following, in order to progress through to the interview stage.
• Experience – Although experience is preferred, it is not essential in this role as training is provided.
• Education – You should have a minimum of GCSE grades or equivalent in Maths and English. Verbal and Written is Key in this role as you will be communicating with the end users. Level 3 qualifications in business, marketing or accounting are ideal.
• Driving License & Car – As part of the role, you may be meeting with clients along with the Account Managers, so access to your own car is beneficial.
