ASD Learning Support Assistant - Colchester

Edustaff are working alongside an inclusive Primary School in Colchester to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who has a specialism in ASD. Working 1:1 with a pupil on the ASD spectrum you will be required to support and encourage this pupil on a day to day basis.

This LSA role is Ideally suited for a Psychology graduate who has experience of working with children with Autism and who is looking to embark on a career within education.

ASD Learning Support Assistant - Job Specification

This position would suit a confident Psychology graduate who has previous experience working with children who have special educational needs. You ideally would have earned a second class degree or better. You will have the skills to quickly develop relationships with pupils that allow them to fully benefit from your support and guidance. You will arrive with an enthusiastic attitude and the ability to motivate and inspire young minds.
