Trinity Independent Living specialise in bathroom and kitchen adaptations for disabled persons.

We provide high quality domestic adaptations to many clients including private home owners and social housing.

Established in 1992 our company has grown steadily, year on year and is now one of the leading specialist contractors in London and the South East. Trinity has a strong ethos, valuing both its customers and its staff.

We require an Assistant Project Manager to manage bathroom, kitchen and access adaptation projects in the Kent, South East and London area.

Overall purpose of role:
Carries out estimates and invoicing of projects for selected clients. Full project management of the works. Assists the team with management of projects. Ensures quality and targeted profit achieved. Sensitive to home occupier’s needs.

Specific responsibilities:
- Visits sites and estimates projects .
- Receives job confirmations sent by Local Authorities / Housing Associations etc.
- Undertakes pre-site surveys for private and public sector clients
- Co-ordinates daily and weekly operational activities
- Manages operatives and sub-contractors
- Works with our clients and customers
- Estimates pre-start job cost forecast
- Issues contract information including H&S documentation .
- Orders specific materials for individual jobs as required
- Maintains comprehensive job files
- Prepares simple scheme drawings, CAD preferable.
- Maintains direct relationship with clients
- Collates job information, prepares and issues final account invoice.

Skills required:
