A superb opportunity has arisen from an award winning and trustworthy firm that specialises in Financial Services products based in the Surrey area. Our client is seeking a Pensions Administrator who has the ability to work unsupervised, under pressure and to tight deadlines and have keen eye on attention to detail.

The Pensions Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Working with Financial Advisers
  • Processing New Business
  • Account managing clients
  • Setting up new clients on our database system
  • Producing letters/emails to send to clients/introducers/Scheme Trustees
  • Client report preparation/collating client transfer packs
  • Producing illustrations/key features documentation
  • Answering telephone and dealing with queries

Candidates to be considered for this Pensions Administrator role should have the following experience: -

  • Over 2 years’ experience working within the Financial Services sector
  • Knowledge of Pensions
  • Previous experience in process Pensions Transfers


  • Salary of up to £30,000
  • 25 days’ holiday
  • Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Support in professional qualifications
  • Contributory Pensions scheme
