Job Title: IFA Administrator

Location: Poole

Salary: £23,000 to £30,000

Benefits: Bonuses, Pension, Progression, and Exams paid for

My client is a leading IFA practice, who require an IFA Administrator who wants to progress, to assist with the development of a growing team that deals with a wide range of Financial Services products including Pensions, Investments products

Ideally, you will have experience working within an IFA Practice and some Financial Services qualifications.

This role provides an excellent opportunity for somebody who is currently an IFA Administrator looking to progress within their career to Diploma Status

Duties will Include:

Providing support to the Advisers and Paraplanners

Shadowing the Paraplanner

Self-development and taking exams

Processing new business

Actively managing diary tasks

Answering telephone queries from clients and providers

Preparing client meeting packs

Skills and Experience required:

Experience of working within an IFA Practice

Financial Services qualifications are desirable

Good communication skills

Professional attitude
