The world's leading global, integrated security company specialising in the delivery of security and related services to customers across six continents is seeking a Graduate Communications Officer based in Sutton, Surrey to join its expanding team. There will be occasional travel to the London office.

As the Graduate Communications Officer your duties will include:

- Utilising internal channels to publish and distribute timely and accurate communications to key internal audiences
- Creating a highly engaging content plan for both the global and UK&I intranet homepages
- Working and learning from the Digital Executive to research, recommend and develop alternative delivery channels
- Planning and delivering internal events targeted at key internal audience groups
- Providing support to the key group and UK departments in line with strategic objectives
- Creating, managing and maintaining specific campaigns to promote the company values across the Group
- Being a member of the editorial committee, bringing interesting UK stories to the table as well as planning how global stories are shared.

To be a successful Graduate Communications Officer you will have the following skills and experience:

- Educated to degree level ideally in marketing / media / English or any other relevant subject. Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders.
- A knowhow / interest in creating and delivering plans and managing content workflow.
- Proven strong writing and editing skills.
- Event planning / project management experience – desirable.
- Strong technical proficiency, especially within email software packages, content management systems, media libraries and WordPress.
- High calibre social media skills and a good understanding of digital communication channels.
- Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for design.

In return, the Graduate Communications Officer will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum plus many benefits.
