The role
To manage and develop Nursing, Domiciliary Care and Care at Home Services within the branch, promoting a professional, compliant and quality service. To work with Central Recruitment to recruit and maintain adequate numbers of nurses and establish a substantial client base. To help increase profitability, work within current legislation and adhere to company policies. Embracing the company vision, values and programmes promoting these with all internal and external customers. Whilst maintaining their pin through clinical visits and client interaction the role will be a split between office based work such as admin, compliance and training and out office duties such as client visits, client assessments and medial support. This a role with a high degree of influence and one with lots of progression opportunities. The hours for the role are Monday to Friday 9.30-5.30pm with no on call duties. There is an excellent bonus scheme for the branch which is based off the financial performance of the branch as a whole.

The person
You will be a strong registered nurse with previous experience of managing different varieties of care. You will have strong commercial acumen with the ability to scope out new clients and grow the business. You will also be a very confident leader of staff. You will have commercial experience within domiciliary care and be aware of the bottom line within business. You will have a history of compliance with the necessary rules and regulations and a strong background in problem solving in challenging situations. The person will have a good understanding of management duties and have experience providing high quality care and a sound commercial understanding of domiciliary care
