An exciting role has been created for a compliance specialist to help develop a new service proposition within an established and rapidly growing really modern financial services business that provide outsourced solutions to the financial planning profession.

As this will be developing a new proposition the role itself will be a fluid one and we’re looking to talk with compliance specialists, with a good understanding of the financial planning profession and advisory process, who want to be involved in something new and play a key role in everything from high level strategy to implementing operations, creating practical documents, working closely with the business development and marketing functions to deliver a service to the financial adviser community that will enable them to do the best they possibly can for their clients.

This really will involve a bit of everything! Working closely with the business development and marketing team you’ll use your compliance expertise and experience to help deliver the new service, and help build the overall compliance team through recruiting and training.

We’re looking for someone who has relevant compliance experience with a strong understanding of the financial planning industry, Level 4 qualified, with knowledge of the FCAs current regime, some CF10 knowledge ideally and an awareness of the future of the profession.

You’ll be an ideas person, happy to challenge and suggest betters ways of doing things and bring something fresh and new to the business.
