Position: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) + excellent benefits package
Hours: Full Time hours
Contract type: Permanent

Further Details: We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and skilled Deputy Manager to join a very reputable nursing home based in Horsham, West Sussex. This small specialised nursing home provides care to residents from ages of 18 and above. The home provides person centred care to adults with physical disabilities, mental health conditions and learning disabilities. We are looking for passionate nurses to work as a Deputy Manager and assist the Home Manager with the smooth running of the home. Staff morale at the home is high.

Person Specification - We are looking for a qualified Nurse for this position (RGN/ RMN or RNLD qualified) - you must have a valid NMC registration. Previous managerial experience and experience within a similar client group to this service is desirable. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, knowledgeable and passionate, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
