Position: Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD )

Location: Near to Horsham, West Sussex

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) + excellent benefits package

Hours: Full Time hours

Contract type: Permanent


Further Details: We are currently recruiting for an experienced, motivated and skilled Deputy Manager to join a very reputable nursing home based near to Horsham, West Sussex. This specialised nursing home is split into smaller purpose-built bungalows and all offer modern technological facilities for residents.

The service provides high-quality care to residents from ages of 18 and above with both learning and physical disabilities in a safe, friendly environment. We are looking for a passionate nurse to work as a Deputy Manager and assist the Home Manager with the smooth day-to-day running of the home. Staff morale at the home is high and the home has an excellent reputation.

Person Specification - We are looking for a qualified Nurse for this position (RGN, RMN or RNLD qualified) - you must have a valid NMC registration. Previous managerial experience and experience within a similar client group to this service is desirable. We are looking for an individual who is motivated, knowledgeable and passionate, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and leadership skills.
