An opportunity has arisen to join this well respected company, who boast an innovate product range. The company sell to a diverse client base, and are currently seeking an additional, experienced sales person to join their Marine division. Working from given leads, the extensive database and from your own marketing, you will sell their range of Marine products throughout the UK. The role is predominately internal, but will include attending 3 boat shows annually. Key Tasks for the Internal Marine Sales position are:
Working from CRM database, leads and enquiries, you will contact client by phone to promote the product range
Provide clients with detailed verbal and written information regarding the product range and promoted solutions for their individual needs
Take accurate specifications regarding each bespoke project, produce quotations, and follow thought to closing the sale.
Build rapport with clients, and ensure the CRM system is updated daily with accurate information
On completion of the sale, communicate regularly through all stages of the project from placement to installation
Use the CRM wisely and ensure all pipeline enquiries are followed through, and that la sped clients are contacted
Attend exhibitions and boat-shows, two of which are overseas
Skills and attributes required:
Proactive internal sales experience
Proven client retention and relationship building
Experience with Marine sales or a passion for all things Sailing/Marine
Team player - Support the sales of other products when requested
A full time position Monday - Friday, hours 9.00am - 5.00pm whilst in the office.
