Purchase Ledger Clerk
Chase and Holland have a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger to join an international business based in Dagenham. Following a recent acquisition by their US parent, the business is restructuring the Finance function creating further opportunities within the team.
We are now looking for a capable Purchase Ledger clerk who has excellent customer interfacing skills who can work with internal and external customers to ensure the Accounts Payable team deliver their objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Be the Key point of contact for vendors and deal with all vendor enquiries in relation to payments
- Ensure all invoices are scanned over within agreed timescales
- Work with all parts of the business to ensure the procurement/accounts payable process is adhered to
- Where errors are identified work with the business to resolve any issues
We are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk who has worked with high volumes of invoices and who enjoys a fast paced working environment. AAT study support will be provided for the right individual.
