We have a fantastic opportunity for a Mortgage Administrator to join our friendly team in Bristol. If you're experienced in handling mortgage cases and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this is a great opportunity to move into a vibrant and growing team.

What people may not know is we have an independent mortgage advice team to offer expert and impartial advice across all available lenders. We can advise on a range of UK mortgages to suit your needs; whether you are a first time buyer, buying to let , re-mortgaging or 2nd charge lending.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be partnering with our mortgage advisers on mortgage cases. You’ll gain valuable insight into the mortgage market, acting as the point of contact for customers, lenders and solicitors as part of our mortgage journey. You’ll be actively involved in helping our customer’s to secure their mortgages and ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
Our customers expect the highest standards of advice from us, and we use more lenders than anyone we know to deliver more solutions. As such we place a huge emphasis on the training and development of our people. It will be a fast-paced and busy role, but we never lose sight of the fact that what we do is about helping people through the most complex, challenging financial commitment they will ever make.
What we need
You’ll need to have experience working within mortgages already in an administrative or customer service capacity. We’ll need you to be a strong communicator, as you’ll be speaking with a range of people from clients and solicitors, to internal mortgage teams. We work towards targets, so you’ll need to have a consistent record being able to work towards targets and remaining flexible, hard-working, and calm under pressure. Good organisational skills are essential and being used to working across different IT systems on a day to day basis.
