A leading player in the sector our client is well recognised and able to provide an excellent portfolio media solutions.
Managing of a team of Media Sales Consultants located across the Kent responsible for recruitment, training, performance management and continuous development the successful individual will have a proven track record gained in a similar sales management role in the media sector.
A charismatic, inspiring leader with an inclusive leadership style with the gravitas to drive performance you will be used to coaching and developing a team via field accompaniment and will be used to using advanced sales management techniques to ensure sustained achievement and sales growth.
Ideally our client is looking for an individual with a demonstrable track record in the advertising sector with the ideal candidate coming from a press, publishing or directories background and so candidates with this exposure are at a distinct advantage
Our client is looking to recruit an outstanding individual and are offering a package to reflect this, a basic salary £45000 - £60000 is on offer with a realistic OTE of £75000 plus quality car, phone, laptop, pension etc.
