An insurance company in Kent is looking for candidates with some compliance experience gained within an insurance environment. You do not have to have experience in all areas of compliance, but need to have worked within a compliance department and have a basic understanding of FCA regulations and Solvency II.
Reporting to the Head of Risk and Compliance, you will provide broad compliance, risk and company secretarial support to the business. Full training and support will be given, as well as support in obtaining industry/compliance qualifications that will be an asset to your ongoing career development.
Excellent IT skills including Excel are essential for this role, as is a flexible and adaptable attitude and an eagerness to learn a broad range of responsibilities.
