Excellent opportunity for lead Senior Site Manager to deliver a high quality residential new build project from ground through to handover. Circa £68 - £74k plus car, health care, pension and excellent bonus system paid quarterly and annually.

Our client is a leading developer know for delivering quality built and finished residential developments, some of which include commercial aspects and schools.

In this instance, our client is looking for a Senior Site Manager to report into a Project Director and be responsible for a number of Assistants and managers day to day work load. Dealing with day to day issues such as quality and Health and Safety, you will deliver the last phase of an on going development. This phase is 144 units, traditional 3 4 and 5 bed houses and a couple of small blocks of apartments. They are all built to the highest standards and beautifully finished.

The client is looking for someone who has experience of delivering a similar project from either a Contractor or Developer background. You need to be a good man manager and a motivator, be able to work in a pressurised environment and ultimately deliver a prestige project to programme.

The client is willing to pay a very competitive salary and package for the right person. They also have an excellent bonus scheme that pays out up to 4 times a year and also rewards at the end of project with a substantial finishing bonus.
