MRI Service Engineer - Site based
Commutable from; Crawley, Croydon, Brighton, Guildford, Tonbridge, etc.
This position is a rare opportunity to work for an international market leader in the development of technologies used in the treatment of cancer.
Based not far from the South Downs and a short drive from the coast, this West Sussex based company are looking for a service engineer to be based at their head office and provide service and maintenance on several units of capital equipment that they currently use for testing and verification purposes.
The role is an ideal opportunity to allow you to work on some of the most innovative therapy products in the oncology market, whilst also providing you with a fantastic work/life balance that just isn’t possible in most field based roles.
Your expertise and support will play a vital part in the development of this life changing equipment.
You will be at least HND/HNC qualified in an Electro-mechanical field and have experience servicing and maintaining high-tech magnetic resonance equipment.
- Strong Electro-Mechanical engineering skills (5+ years working experience)
- Track record of working with MRI equipment
- Degree educated or relevant engineering qualifications
- Good level of IT skills across software, networking and Microsoft configuration
- Can fault find confidently to component level
- Be able to report and complete documentation on work completed
