Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a marketing assistant to join a successful, independent Broker who handle Commercial and personal lines insurances.
The key purpose of this role is to manage and generate day to day marketing activities and initiatives of the company and to generate and enforce a long term marketing strategy for the company. To maximise customer satisfaction, renewal retention, sales conversion, margins and profitability, by maintaining efficient procedures and ensuring that there is a proactive focus on customer service. The role will also involve weekly morning meetings as well as organising and attending exhibitions, classic car shows and any other marketing events.
We are seeking applications from individual with a mix of both Insurance and marketing experience but consideration will also be given to marketing graduates or equivalent. This is going to be an exciting role and may suit a graduate/trainee level also.
