Description

  • Managing tender information requests and client/3rd party audits
  • Managing and carrying out internal office moves
  • Managing internal events
  • Managing small building works projects
  • Assisting building tenants and developing relationships
  • Covering building reception shifts and duties
  • Using facilities team helpdesk
  • Completing and submitting monthly management reports
  • Procuring health and safety equipment and consumables
  • Supplier management
  • Managing health and safety (H&S) policies and procedures
  • Ensure site compliance with legislation
  • H&S responsibility on site
  • Completing, managing and reviewing all risk assessments
  • Managing evacuation procedures, policies and training
  • Reviewing, updating and communicating policy and procedural change
  • Liaising with key contacts to ensure H&S training and inductions, including content
  • Dealing with day-to-day building operational issues

Profile

The Facilities Coordinator will have a proven track record in a similar role and will ideally be IOSH qualified with a view to complete NEBOSH

Job Offer

A salary of up to £24,000 is on offer to the Facilities Coordinator dependent on experience as well as a clear path to progression
