Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst
Contract length: 3 Months initially moving into permanent job
Salary: £20K
Location: Bristol


* You will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to the IT systems.
* Answering support queries and logging incidents using the clients service desk tool.
* Providing user support for IT systems, troubleshooting problems and advice on the appropriate action.
* You will be the initial point of contact for internal users that have IT issues, responsible for fielding the support tickets, resolving 1st line desktop support issues using remote login software and escalating more complex desktop support issues and escalating all server related issues to a dedicated team in 2nd & 3rd line.

Required Skills:

* IT Service Desk / Helpdesk experience
* Ticket logging / Ticketing systems
* 1st Line Desktop Support
* Strong communication skills
* A friendly attitude
