Customer Relationship Manager/Accounts Manager
This is your chance to join a vibrant and rewarding organisation without the need to cold call, as calls are to our existing customer base. Starting salary of £16,000 basic rising to £17,500 after probationary period (usually 3 months) & commission
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
The role involves working in the office, making calls and generating interest in cross-selling services and products into our existing customer base - you will be expected to make the call and agree an appointment for our account manager to visit the customer to discuss their account and the product range we offer. The company is well established and continuing its sustained growth. You will work closely with our field sales team to discuss and nurture customer accounts to identify client needs and opportunities beyond the current transaction.
You will need to ensure a consistent and systematic approach is taken to the management of the customers i.e. regular reviews, satisfaction surveys, reporting, email campaigns etc.
You will need to focus on the customer requirements and maintain customer satisfaction within the role. Experience in a similar role (customer relationship/appointment making) would be advantageous. As this is primarily an outbound calling role, you will need to have a positive attitude, a great telephone manner and a willingness to learn new technology products.
Full training will be provided.
