Your new company
My client, a high performing housing association providing excellent homes and services across Kent who are looking for a Tenancy Support Manager to lead their newly developed team. This housing association have been accredited with the Customer Service Excellence award and are a Gold IiP Employer.
Your new role
You will lead a newly restructured support team that focuses on delivering advice and support services to vulnerable residents. Support will vary from crisis support to assist with tenancy sustainment, through to welfare visits and advice surgeries for our older residents. You'll need to be a problem solver and look at ways to improve the service while motivating and developing the skills and potential within your team. Attention to detail for monitoring and reviewing performance is essential.
What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for an experienced leader who works well under pressure, has leading edge housing and support service management experience and is passionate about developing, motivating and leading their team to deliver excellent customer service You must have a genuine passion to work with older people and people in crisis. The flexibility to support the service front line when needed, but also contribute at a strategic level is also essential. Compassion, integrity, excellent communication skills and a sense of humour are key qualities required for this role.
What you'll get in return
In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £30,958 + a generous benefits package. Your working hours will be 37 hours a week and a full UK driving licence is required as you will be travelling throughout Kent.
