Estate Agency / Lettings Client Accounts Administrator - Bristol - £17k **Monday to Friday**

Our client is a very well respected multi office residential lettings and Estate Agency brand with branches across the UK servicing the mid to upper market properties . An opportunity has arisen for a Client Accounts Administrator to join their team based in Clifton. Key Responsibilities:
The role will involve handling all transactions from landlords and tenants ensuring all monies are processed and allocated efficiently in order to ensure the effectiveness and precise organisation of all monies within the Lettings and Sales divisions of the Company.
·Run and action daily reports:
·Run the daily rent report to ensure these are either printed or emailed to the tenant for payment
·Action all deposit releases when requested.
·Import new deals and renewal into the Accounts system on a daily basis.
·Take card payments from tenants and issue receipts.
·Any other general administration duties that are required.
·Deal with any requests from landlord for copy paperwork for example copy statement and invoices.
·Cover the phones during busy periods.
Essential Skills:
·Excel and Word (Accounts packages knowledge preferred)
·Minimum of one years' experience in an office environment.
·Excellent communication
·Attention to detail
