Telesales Executive - rapid progression

Working from the Maidstone office, the role will be responsible for calling new business customers from a well developed quality database, to create interest by talking about some of our many USPs and look to arrange meetings for the Sales Team and Sales Directors.
It will be responsible for managing one apprentice and part of the brief will be to grow your team over the years to come. Initially you will be paid a basic salary up to 20k plus commission for your personal appointments and you will also be incentivised and rewarded on what your team generates.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or appointment making in the IT industry or similar, but doesn’t necessarily have to management experience as a personal development plan will be provided.
