Compliance Officer Policy & Advice
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer for a specialist insurance provider in Kent & London (Multi Office Based)
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the role of Compliance Officer is to ensure that the company complies with existing regulations and internal policy and ensure that all new regulatory developments and requirements are incorporated into the company's policy and procedures across the UK. You will manage regulatory submissions and will provide Compliance training, technical guidance, support and tailored feedback on regulatory issues relevant to the business.
To be successful in this challenging new role, candidates must have a good working knowledge of UK compliance and regulatory laws plus knowledge of the FCA and PRA handbooks with particular emphasis on the Senior Insurance Manager's Regime. You will have excellent understanding of the general insurance industry and possess a relevant qualification for the role.
