Project & Event Account Executive
We have an exciting opportunity for a person with experience of organising training courses, conferences / events for business clients, to work in a thriving communications business.
You will be involved in organising medical conferences and training programmes in the UK and Europe. Duties will include booking venues, organising speakers, managing delegates, liaising with suppliers and clients, organising travel and accommodation. You will also need to prepare meeting materials, track project costs and control timelines together with coordinating and quality checking display or communication materials. The position is office based but may require occasional travel to an event.
The position is likely to suit a graduate with experience in business communications, logistics, events or project work. You must be proficient in MS Office and should have a keen eye for detail and a logical and organised approach to work. Good opportunity for long term progression.
The position is based in an attractive office with a car park, close to local amenities, within 5 miles of Sevenoaks. Transport desirable.
