Business Development Executive
My client, a well respected Indemnity Insurance provider is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business in the Residential Property market in the South West.
Our client is a leading, well-respected provider of Indemnity Insurance.
The Business Development Executive is responsible or developing new revenue opportunities in the South West. The Business Development Executive will utilise their understanding and knowledge of selling into Legal Services professionals to develop and maintain a good business relationship with existing and prospective clients.
The successful candidate will mentor members of the sales and underwriting teams on sales techniques, market conditions and continue to work with appropriate internal areas to develop systems, people, processes and controls to manage these risks.
The Business Development Executive will ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedures, risk assessment monitoring and internal audit requirements. Alongside this, the successful candidate will identify and understand the risks that threaten the achievement of business objectives and continue to work with appropriate internal areas to develop systems, people, processes and controls to manage risks.
This is a Southern role, covering the whole of the region, aside from London with an ideal base in Bristol or along the M4 corridor.
The Business Development Executive will:
- Have a proven track record in new business development
- Have a proven track record of selling into the legal sector
- Ideally have a detailed understanding of the residential property market
- Have a proven track record of operating successfully in a operating in a targeted environment
- Have proven effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Be a new business hunter
£40,000 + OTE + Car Allowance
