Our client is a family owned business which has been established for over 25 years in Cardiff.
This role is suited for a candidate with a strong degree looking to start a career in sales and account management OR a junior sales / account executive looking to carve a career with an excellent business in Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities & Duties (Job Specification):
1.Processing purchase and sales orders in an accurate and timely manner.
2.Create and maintain accurate client records and management information for each client.
3.Make use of your wide use of previous and current knowledge as well as modern methods of research to locate and create opportunities for the team to sell in complementary products.
4.Manage and develop the accounts of selective clients as and when they are brought on board with high level assistance and the achievement of support Key Performance Indicators’ (KPI’s) on a client by client basis.
5.In support of this role and product development within the team in general, regular research into the employee rewards market is essential e.g. market product trends and competitor offerings, with a view to identifying new opportunities and ideas for presentation to the broader reward team.
6.General admin duties that will involve taking and resolving client user enquiries, marketing material fulfilment and print arrangement and support to other team members.
7.Attend face - face client meetings and visits as and when required. These may require overnight stays.
8.Assist with compiling communication material on a wide range of media including e-shots, posters, intranet bulletins and plain text e-shots taking into account specific client requirements such as deselected offers and workforce demographics.
9.Maintain and enhance supporting sales literature for all Reward and loyalty products in conjunction with the broader Reward team.
10.From time to time you may be expected to carry out duties set by your immediate manager that are not listed on this Job Description.
Learning & Development (L&D)
The company provides an extensive L&D offering to enable you to increase your skills, knowledge and abilities. Some of this will be during normal working hours and, however depending on the exact nature of the L&D you may be expected to sacrifice some personal time for completion.
Salary & Package
·Base Salary of between £16,000 - £18,000 depending on current experience.
·A monthly bonus structure after 6 months of between £1,000 and £2,000 depending on meeting specific financial targets.
·All personal expenditure whilst on company business is refundable (receipts required) on a monthly basis.
·29 days annual leave (3 days required for Christmas close down), inc 8 days Public Holidays.
·Matched pension contribution of up to 5% of base salary.
·Death in Service of 4 x annual salary (after probation and only applicable to members of the pension scheme).
