The Compliance Executive works towards minimizing both contractual and commercial risk to Reed in Partnership and ensuring that Operational teams and the business overall adheres to the requirements of its contracts and any associated guidance.

This role supports all activities relating to audits, inspections and contract compliance.  This includes the analysis of key data and reporting of trends, transparent and relevant reporting to Operations and coaching, advising and guiding front line delivery staff on processes and system usage in line with published guidance.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Internal Customer Service - Answering queries and explaining process to all staff
  • Coaching in depth with front line delivery staff where necessary.
  • Compliance Delivery – to support all activities related to local audits
  • Ensuring that the company conforms to the key items of contractual compliance
  • Contributing to the development of framework, compliance processes and evaluation systems

    Required skills and experience:

  • First degree qualification (or equivalent) obtained in a literate and analytical discipline
  • Previous experience of working in a compliance function including experience of contributing to the design and training of process manuals
  • Experience of providing a high quality advisory and guidance service to internal customers
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
    Desirable Personal Attributes:

  • Experience of data security management.
  • Experience of Assurance & Quality management procedures.
  • Experience of designing and delivering staff training
  • Experience of database design
