Recruit121 are working with a global company based in central Cardiff. They are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join their Operations team.

The ideal candidate would have some experience in provisioning and order processing, and a project background.

Responsibilities include:

  • Follow the provisioning process from the point of order until go-live
  • Responsible for the provisioning of all orders to strict deadlines
  • Deal with a high-volume work load, whilst ensuring work is handled efficiently
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and logged correctly
  • Update internal documentation and processes when necessary
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers and third parties
  • Keep the client and (where appropriate) sales teams updated regularly throughout the provisioning process
  • Create project documentation and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements throughout the project life cycle as instructed by the Project Manager
  • Ensure optimal resource management for all projects
  • Submits project status reports to stakeholders; plans project roll outs; anticipates and reacts to change
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored
  • Work closely with colleagues from various parts of the business both in the UK and abroad
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers and suppliers
  • Refresh industry and process knowledge on a regular basis

Requirements:

  • High attention detail
  • Methodical approach
  • Good communication skills; liaising with sales executives, customers, partners and suppliers
  • Good organisational skills

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience of coordinating multiple projects and supporting Project Managers (ideal but not essential)
  • Provisioning experience (ideal but not essential)
  • A proven track record in a role requiring strong attention to detail
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • First class Microsoft office skills
  • Experience of telecommunications preferred
  • Experience of hosted / SaaS products and connectivity preferred
