An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator to join a growing healthcare company based in Bristol. Role responsibilities:

  • Support sales team by completing non-sales activities and general sales admin duties to enable the Sales Reps to concentrate on selling
  • Act as the administrative hub for the sales team to ensure the sales process is completed effectively and efficiently
  • Account management to support existing customers and deal with enquiries
  • Support marketing activities including lead generation, managing e-shots, ensuring company website & social media channels are updated
  • Complete general admin tasks and answer phones
  • You will be responsible for answering customer contract queries and liaising with the Service Dept. re service issues
  • Resolving and invoicing questions that may come through to the sales team and managing the email inbox and creating quotations and following them up

    Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of sales co-ordination / support or account management in a B2B environment
  • Ability to build rapport and strong relationships with customers
