Investment Sales Consultant/Broker - London

Salary - £30K Basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000+) & Benefits

Our client is an established financial investment company that provides a wide range of financial products and advice to clients throughout the UK. They are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic sales person to assist in a non-advisory position. The candidate must have a good telephone manner and be prepared to be flexible to help achieve the company`s objectives. This is an office-based role and the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with their experienced internal team based in their office just off Regent Street, London. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the position would ideally suit someone who has worked in a busy sales environment. Experience in a financial services/investment sales oriented background would be of benefit, although comprehensive training will be provided. Financial qualifications would be an advantage although not a necessity.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is prepared to be flexible and not afraid to work hard. The successful candidates will be contacting inbound enquiries and building up their own client base whilst cross selling other in house products and services.

Responsibilities of the role include:

Contacting prospects and clients by telephone

Hitting monthly sales targets

Ensuring the correct input of information into the CRM system

Timely reporting to management

Strict adherence to the compliance protocols of the firm

About You:

You need to have a 'self-starter' attitude and A strong customer focused work ethic and a track record in a tele-sales environment

Be able to close deals

The ability to quickly take on new concepts and ideas

A high level of attention to detail

Experience using a CRM system

Good financial and mathematical literacy

The ability to work in a team and on their own

Have good time keeping
