Technical Support Analyst City of London An innovative leading software developer is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their friendly Client Services team immediately. You will provide 2 nd and 3 rd line support on the Service Desk for customers webbased trading systems within global financial giants. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will have the opportunity to combine your practical and customerfacing skills. Specifically, you will work with developers reviewing product code requiring a software fix, analyse problems faced by the customers before presenting written and verbal reports and coordinate internal escalation and RCA meetings all whilst maintaining a strong relationship with the customers! Your technical ability will provide customers with an advancing and constantly improving service. Requirements: Previous experience in programming languages Java and .NET A degree at a 2:1 or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a relevant discipline Previous experience of providing technical support for software systems and applications Drive, enthusiasm and discipline Other desirable skills include previous experience in Financial Markets, other languages such as C++, C#, perl and python, experience in Linux and ITIL certification.
